Almaz AI — Personal AI Assistant
Almaz AI is a private, personal-use application operated by its owner for their own personal workflows. It is not offered to the public.
Almaz AI may access Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Drive only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth. Access is requested with the minimum scopes needed to perform the user’s requests.
Google user data is used only to execute the user’s requests and to provide assistant functionality — for example, reading upcoming calendar events, reading or preparing email at the user’s instruction, and reading documents the user asks about.
Almaz AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored privately on the owner’s own server and are not shared with anyone.
To provide assistant functionality, data may be processed by service providers that are necessary for the application to work — for example, the messaging platform used to interact with the assistant and the language model provider used to interpret requests and compose answers. Only the content needed to fulfil a given request is processed.
The user can revoke Almaz AI’s access at any time through Google Account permissions. After revocation the application can no longer access Google data.
